Does Flickr support the upload of GIMP .xcf files?
No it does not.
No Google ad exension for Firefox etc :(
I wanted to install a plugin for displaying ads that are relevant to the currently browsed page, so I could check if it makes sense to have ads on the FreeGameDev Forum, but only found one for FF 2.0.x.
I will not waste my time on trying to figure out how to write extensions. >:(

The install script wouldn’t work from DVD, so I had to copy it to much hd. Then it took some minute or two to start and was unplayable because of .25fps. I didn’t see how to disable shaders, but luckily my new computer parts arrived today too and I should be able to get it running well on monday.

I got myself a SanDisk Sansa Clip 8GB. Then I installed a newer firmware following these instructions and was able to play .ogg and .flac files.
Xiph’s PortablePlayers list helped a bunch!
